You could describe a young man enslaved by his smartphone as someone whose life is dictated by the demands of his screen. His posture is slightly hunched, head perpetually angled downwards, as though chained by an invisible tether to his device. His attention flits from app to app, seeking dopamine hits from notifications and updates, unable to detach even in moments meant for rest or real-world connection. His phone has become both a crutch and a cage—always within reach, yet robbing him of presence, capturing his gaze, and consuming his time.
